Felted Wool Sauna Hat

Our 100% felted wool sauna hats, inspired by the Finnish style, these hats will keep you head temperature regulated as you enjoy your sauna, meaning you can stay in longer to get more benefits.

Heat rises, as we know, and thus if we are sat up in a sauna, our heads are the first thing to overheat. This can lead to light-headedness and dizziness, and dramatically reduce time in the sauna.  The natural, temperature regulating properties of the wool fabric help to keep your head cooler.

Wool hats provide natural thermal insulation and slow down the effect of the hot air from the sauna environment getting to your scalp.

It is advised to wear your sauna hat dry, as when it is wet is will initially feel cooler but then the heat will pass through more quickly

Care

The natural felt sauna products are not suitable for machine washing/tumble drying. They should only ever be gently hand washed with warm water, without detergents, and then air dried. Reshape while damp

HATS - One size fits most. It it is large on you, simply fold up the brim a little. If the hat is a little snug, dampen the hat and stretch it onto you head. Make sure to dry it before use to get maximum benefits.
