Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item* must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the items except where a wrong item or a defective item has been sent.

To start a return please contact sales@wild-moose.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you an RMA number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@wild-moose.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not refund shipping charges on the original order or for return shipping costs.

Wild Moose extends a limited one year warranty on products covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Wild Moose will replace or repair, at its option, any product or component found to be defective. The limited warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by improper use, accident, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear expected over the course of the product's life.

To obtain warranty or return service please email us at sales@wild-moose.co.uk

A defect in materials and workmanship is defined as a manufacturing flaw which prevents the product from functioning as intended. Minor cosmetic variations and blemishes do not necessarily qualify.
